Starters
Curry & mango crème with tomato salsa and grilled tiger prawns

Jerusalem artichhoke soup with braised meat from shoulder of lamb

Vegetarian dish
Preserved shimeji (beech mushroom) with rocket lettuce and toast

Main dishes
Fillet of venison with carrot purée, blue potato crisps and blackberry sauce.

Cod baked with rape oil, with steamed celeriac and sauce hollandaise
flavoured with Dijon mustard

Vegetarian dish
Spinach fettuccine with parsley & walnut pesto and thyme-fried zucchini

Desserts & cheeses
Baked, glazed pineapple with apple soup

Plums preserved in red wine, with ice cream of thyme, rosemary and toasted, grated rye bread

Comté cheese with fig compote
